“Fernando is the go-to guy for pretty much anything real estate! One of my favorite things about working with him is that he has an answer or solution to everything. I’m currently working on my 3rd home, and it will be mostly guided through Fernando’s knowledge, experience, and connections. As a new investor, there is nothing better than a mentor who’s an agent/investor who actually invests. Just give him a call and have a conversation with him. See for yourself!”
— Brandon M.
“Fernando is the reason I am a homeowner on my own. He took his time and educated me like we were in grade school. Then he showed me how to turn my home into a rental property to create some passive income. He really is the goat! Highly recommend.”
— Queen C.
“As a first-time home buyer, Fernando came in clutch, answering all my questions no matter what time I texted or called him. Communication about the whole process was very clear, and I never felt lost or misled. On top of it all, he helped me land my dream house, the one my daughters loved the most. 10/10! Can’t wait to run it back and buy a house, no. 2.”
— Darryl R.

Can I use my VA loan again if I already used it at another duty station?
Often, yes. VA says you may be able to restore the entitlement you used if you've sold that home and paid off the loan, or if a qualified Veteran buyer assumes your loan and substitutes their entitlement. If you've paid the loan off but kept the home, you can restore entitlement that way only once. If you don't qualify for restoration, you may still have remaining entitlement to buy another home. Your lender confirms your entitlement with your Certificate of Eligibility. Fernando walks Nellis and Creech buyers through it. Read more: VA loan and military home buying guide

Can I sell my Las Vegas house as-is without making repairs?
Yes. Homes with damage, code issues, tenants, liens or deferred maintenance can be sold as-is. You disclose known issues, and the price reflects the condition. Fernando shows you the real numbers for each route so you can see what repairs would actually net you.
I'm behind on payments or inherited a house. What are my options?
Common options include selling as-is, an off-market sale to an investor, a traditional listing, a short sale, or, in some cases, creative structures like subject-to or seller financing. Which one fits depends on your timeline, equity and loan. Fernando walks you through each one; legal and tax questions go to your attorney or CPA.
How fast can a distressed house sell in Las Vegas?
A cash sale can usually close faster than a financed sale once title is clear. A listed as-is sale usually takes longer but can net more. Call or text (702) 530-5370, Monday–Sunday 9 AM–7 PM, for a no-pressure options review.
