Enterprise, NV Neighborhood Guide & Housing Insights
Living in Enterprise
Enterprise is an unincorporated town in Clark County, south and southwest of the Strip. Like Spring Valley, it's governed by the Clark County Commission rather than a city council. Over the past two decades it has been one of the valley's most active areas for new home construction, so much of its housing is relatively new.
Master-planned communities
- Southern Highlands: a master-planned community near I-15 in the south, including a guard-gated golf club area.
- Mountain's Edge: a master-planned community in the southwest, built around parks and trails, including Exploration Peak Park.
- Newer subdivisions throughout, many with their own HOAs. Builders are still active in parts of the area.
What buyers should check
- New vs. resale: compare builder incentives with resale pricing, and get an independent inspection on new builds too.
- Assessments: total HOA cost, plus any special or local improvement district assessment on the property tax bill.
- Ongoing construction: vacant parcels nearby may be planned for more homes or commercial use. Check county zoning before you buy.
Getting around
I-15 and the 215 Beltway run through or along Enterprise, which keeps the Strip, Harry Reid International Airport and Henderson within easy reach.
